Spoke to him first, he ordered the parts needed, came here on the day he promised at the timeframe promised, fixed our LG refrigerator with a new Compressor and associated parts/coolant and it worked again! Prepping our house for sale and a washing machine that conveys stopped working. All Fix Appliance repair saved the day. Prompt courteous service, from our first phone call, kept informed about our appointment and when to expect the tech. Mak, the technician, texted us twice and actually arrived 10 minutes early. He was professional and polite, explained his diagnostic procedures, and what was malfunctioning (a drain pump). He had a new pump on his truck, installed it and tested it by running a wash cycle. Great technical service and great customer service at a reasonable price!

Absolutely phenomenal service from the folks here. I sent in an online form the night our washer stopped working and within a couple hours I had received a text from Lou asking if they could come the next morning to look at it. Mak arrived promptly the next morning and provided exceptional customer service. He was kind, knowledgeable, and super helpful as he diagnosed our issue and triple checked his work. Although he was unable to fix our issue without ordering a part, he made sure we were penciled in on the calendar on the next available day after the part was due to arrive. I will be saving this number for any future appliance issues as I was incredibly impressed with the customer service and the quality of work demonstrated by Mak, Lou, and the folks at this company.

I had my defrost mechanism on my Refrigerator replaced and garbage disposal replaced today by Mak the repairman from ALL FIXED APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC. Mak arrived on time for the appointment, kindly introduced himself and began working right away. He was very courteous and respectful. When the work was done he made sure the areas were clean. Mak appeared to be very conscientious about his work and did not take too long to finish the work and clean up. The labor cost. Was also very fair. If I need other repairs in future I would definitely ask for this repairman. I will also recommend this company to family and friends.

My new Frigidaire was making a lot of noise. All fixed got it taken care of under manufacturer warranty, better than new!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. You know how so many services out there are crummy, you have to stay on top of them, they do sub-par, average-meh work, etc? And then other services just work the way you think they should, give you zero problems, and make life a little easier? All Fixed is the latter, and I hold onto them for dear life, just like I hold onto my current cell phone provider which charges quietly in the background, has never increased my bill even across the last 6 covid-era years, has never given me any problems, not a single reason to call customer service, and never takes more of my time than it needs to. Lou has done wonderful work at our home since we moved in. He fixed our oven which would come up to temp but would not stay there. He once came to fix the knob on the stove which had come off, and because it was (for him, like a ten second fix, even though for me, not so much when I tried to fix it lol) such a fast and easy fix, he didn't even charge me that day. Most recently, we finally decided to fix our washer which dripped water after finishing a load, and collected in the bottom. He diagnosed the problem over text message and was able to order the part without even looking at it, so that they only had to come out once to fix it instead of twice (once to diagnose, then a second time after the part arrived). His associate came by during the repair window and was immediately apologetic, explaining he had forgotten to put the part in the truck that day. I figured they were going to need to come back another day, and I was incredibly surprised when he said his boss was going to get it and come by and fix it instead--and indeed he did, STILL WITHIN THE TIME WINDOW, TOO. I was blown away by this. So many businesses, when they make a mistake, they just make it your problem and are flippant with your time, too bad so sad. These guys handled a mistake by doing their best to minimize that mistake's impact on us, and I was incredibly appreciative. Everyone makes mistakes! Totally understandable to forget a part. How you handle a mistake matters more. They had integrity to admit what happened, apologize for it, and still get the job done. I have the utmost respect their integrity. The associate, too, was a wonderful dude; friendly, respectful, respectable. Anyway, I just got done emptying a wonderfully damp, not sopping wet, load of laundry from my washer and thinking how much I appreciate this job well done, because it's the little things that make a difference, like being able to just put the load in the dryer without having to run the spin cycle again and then forget about the load and then find it soaking wet again and take forever in the dryer, etc. Instead, my washer works the way it's supposed to, and I can rely on it to make my day easier on a day when I'm already tired with a LOT to get done. I appreciate that so much so that I'm taking some time from this busy day to say--if you need an appliance fixed, call All Fixed; they'll get it done, they'll do the job the way you always envisioned a business should, and it'll improve your life. The repair was focused and timely. The service rep was very friendly and professional.

We had a malfunction with our ice cube maker on our Samsung refrigerator/freezer. Called Samsung got a total run around from their rep in the Phillapines and was finally given a repair number in Richmond, VA. We were told it would be a week or two before a rep could visit and cost would be $150.00 just to show up. Called All Fixed and got an immediate answer and set up a repair visit the following day. As an educated and retired engineer with years solving difficult technical issues, I was totally impressed with All Fixed review and analysis of our problem. Within 10 minutes they had discovered the cause of the problem and in another 20 minutes had it solved. In our 60 plus years of marriage, and living in several houses across the US I had never experienced the professionalism demonstrated by All Fixed personnel. All this at an extremely competitive price.

Fixed my leaking dishwasher quickly at a fair price. Even came out to help on a Sunday. I’ll be referring him to friends.

All Fixed Appliance Repair was great! When I called, Lou was very informative and was able to get me on their schedule quickly. The tech, Michael I believe, was punctual, knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. We ended up replacing our broken appliance rather than having it repaired, but the honest feedback and professional care was very appreciated all the same. They will be my first call should I need an appliance repair in the future.
